Sale format and selling method

Our unique selling method:

- The bulls are catalogued and penned in sale order, oldest to youngest;
- There is a reserve price on each bull in the catalogue;
- On sale day, the auctioneer will offer each lot at that published price;
- If there are no offers he will move onto the next lot;
- If one person is interested she / he will purchase the bull at that price;
- If more than one person is interested the auctioneer will conduct a mini auction using our price as the starting price.

PLEASE NOTE:

It is important to note that we catalogue every bull we are prepared to sell as a breeder; we cull for poor structure and conformation, and bad temperament; we also cull for unsatisfactory EBV's. We retain bulls for our own use and offer the remainder to ensure lots of choice for buyers. Because of this policy, and because our sale date is early in the Angus selling season, we never expect to have 100% clearance of bulls on the day. We do however welcome people to come on sale day just for a look.
